Morgan Construction Company was founded in Chattanooga, TN in 1983. The company's early projects consisted of interior tenant build-out projects in the local market. In 1985 Morgan embarked on its initial regional expansion building fast-food restaurants in Tennessee and North and South Carolina. In 1986 MCC was awarded its first retail shopping center, setting the stage for growth and expansion in the retail construction market throughout the Southeast. Through the years MCC has continued to service its home market base of customers by not only growing in the retail sector but establishing an impressive track record of performance in multi-story, mixed-use, office, adaptive re-use, medical office, day surgical and regional warehouse/distribution facilities.
