Mike joined Morgan Construction as a superintendent in 2013, and he now fulfills the role of Project Manager. Mike's experience in the construction industry started in his home town of Champaign, IL. Where his experience took on major projects for the University of Illinois including the student activity center and the Memorial Stadium. Mike's reputation for success proceeded his joining the Morgan team, and from the start of his career with Morgan Construction, he was quickly entrusted with some of the company's most valuable local clientele. Mike met the expectations of these local project owners and established relationships to complete a multitude of project types. Mike was the lead superintendent of one of Morgan Construction's largest projects on record, including but not limited to, a wood frame multifamily apartment project in the heart of Chattanooga, TN. Mike possesses a unique skillset and ability to adapt to changing environments and project conditions. These qualities allow him to see one-of-a-kind projects through to fruition. Mike is a dedicated leader in the industry who adopts a hands on approach to accomplish the overall goal of client satisfaction. Mike has moved up within the company to become the V.P. of Operations.

Mike is responsible, in conjunction with the CEO, for the creation and implementation of corporate strategy, business plan objectives, procedures and organizational structure. Mike provides key management direction to the project managers and supervisory personnel. He motivates project managers to function as a cohesive organization in all projects. In addition, He provides guidance and direction to carry out major plans and implements procedures while maintaining the adequacy and soundness of the company's financial structure with regard to project budgets.
