This 6-story 208,000 S.F. project consisting of a 385 car parking garage, 26 high-end condominiums and three ground level restaurants located overlooking the Tennessee River and adjacent to the Tennessee Aquarium is considered a major component in Chattanooga's 21st Century renaissance. The project has won both architectural design awards as well as an award from the Precast Concrete Institute.
