1989 - Chattanooga based Kenco Group, Inc. called Morgan construction with a simple order: "We need a big building and we need it fast." In a matter of days the request became a plan for a 240,000 s.f. regional distribution center with six acres of concrete paving. 180 days from the start of building construction the equivalent of a thirty mile line of tractor trailers filled the building. Morgan had made the grade and subsequently has built multiple regional warehouse/distribution centers housing products for national and international brands including General Mills, Brach and Brock Confections, Dupont and Whirlpool.

On projects as large as 400,000 s.f. ranging from tilt-up construction to conventional masonry and metal clad, time and time again when our customers have needed a big building fast, Morgan has delivered the order on time.
