Wes Bonds joined Morgan Construction in 2025, bringing 18 years of professional experience in project management and estimating across a wide range of commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and government projects. Wes has a BS in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama.

As the Vice President for Estimating, Wes is critical to the overall success of the company, and his responsibilities include assigning and overseeing estimates and budgets created by subordinate employees, assisting the President in identifying and securing new business opportunities, seeking out and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, monitoring bid expenses, and developing and implementing the company-wide estimating processes and procedures.
